Partner portal access
Certain Tellus certification training plans may include access to a third-party partner portal.
If your plan includes partner portal access, Tellus will provide instructions or an invitation link after your purchase and eligibility have been confirmed.
The partner portal may be operated by a third party and may therefore be subject to that provider's separate terms, privacy policies, account requirements, and technical availability.
Services and certification results
Tellus provides training, preparation resources, support, and access-related services as described on the applicable product page.
Purchasing a Tellus service does not guarantee that a customer will pass any certification examination or receive a certification. Customers are responsible for completing applicable examination requirements.
Billing and refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
In general, customers may request a refund within seven days of purchase provided that they have not accepted the partner portal invitation link and signed up for the partner portal, subject to the complete terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
